“To be perfectly honest, I went into this attempt at quitting my smoking habit with low expectations. I wasn’t sure how it could really work or if I could even be hypnotized. The only reason I even thought to try this method was because I saw a story on E.T. saying Adelle had quit by being hypnotized. I thought to myself “what the heck, why not try it.” I’d been a smoker for over 35 years. I was smoking more and enjoying it less. Being on disability, the financial burden was also quite a toll. At that point I smoked 1 1/2 packs per day. So I put it to the test. I wanted to know if this REALLY worked. I went directly to my favorite Mexican restaurant , ordered lunch and a margarita. No urge to smoke! I was stunned!!
I have been tobacco free for over a month now. I haven’t packed on the pounds either. By removing the urge or oral fixation, I didn’t need to replace it with anything else,,,like food.
I love being a non-smoker. I wish I had done this 20 years ago! Imagine all of the money I’d have saved.
